This initiative aims to improve clinicians’ understanding of the immunological mechanisms underlying generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), particularly IL-36 signaling and its impact on diagnosis; the differences between GPP and other dermatological conditions; the efficacy of current and emerging therapies; and long-term management strategies for improving patient outcomes.
