NTM Grand Rounds (Cleveland, OH)

As part of the 2018/2019 PILOT educational initiative, a series of 25 grand round lectures about nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) will be supported. These lectures are designed to build confidence among the patient care team in the management of NTM lung disease using case-based learning to provide practical examples for treatment. 

Learning Objectives

  • Use a multipronged approach (clinical assessments, radiology, and microbiology) in order to diagnose NTM-LD in a timely manner
  • Summarize key aspects of data regarding current/emerging therapies pertaining to the treatment of NTM-LD
  • Apply recent data on NTM-LD therapies to treatment selection and management
