DESCRIPTION:
Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Lung Disease Today and Tomorrow
As part of the PILOT national education initiative, a series of 25 activities are being delivered across the U.S. These activities are designed to provide physicians with a series that focuses on the early and accurate diagnosis of NTM while also addressing critical issues related to optimizing disease intervention and management.

Learning Objectives:
• Explain how key strategies (clinical assessments, radiology, microbiology) collectively help to identify NTM lung disease
• Plan testing and treatment strategies that reflect current guidance on NTM lung disease
• Discuss key aspects of data regarding emerging therapies pertaining to the treatment of NTM lung infections
